The second round of free $200 regional travel vouchers for Victorians will go live at 10am AEDT on Wednesday, but Aussies are warned to get in quick.

The first round of 40,000 vouchers launched in mid-December, but capacity was reached in less than an hour.

However, if you or someone in your household was successful in the first round, you won’t be able to apply for this round, which goes live at 10am today.

The vouchers are redeemable when you spend at least $400 on accommodation, a tourism attraction or tour in regional Victoria, which includes the Yarra Valley, Dandenong Ranges, Mornington Peninsula and the Victorian alpine ski resorts.

Successful Aussies will need to use the voucher to travel between 27 January 2021 and 1 April 2021.

If you received a voucher from the first round, the eligible travel period ends on 22 January 2021 – so you’ll need to use it soon.

How to apply for the Victorian travel voucher

You can apply via Service Victoria here.

Only Victorian residents over the age of 18 are eligible to apply, and each household is limited to one voucher.

What do I do if I miss out on the vouchers?

There will be a third and final round of vouchers going live on 30 March at 10am AEDT.

The travel period of this voucher is anytime between 6 April 2021 and 31 May 2021.
