Big W fans lose it over $15 dupe of $240 shorts: 'I need those'

Big W is selling a budget-friendly dupe of a pair of $240 shorts and shoppers are rushing to score themselves a pair. The retailer has just dropped an autumn range of women's wear that eagle-eyed shoppers noticed is a lot like luxe Aussie brand Shona Joy.
Customers can snap up the &me Women's Tailored Short in sage green for just $15, which is a whopping $225 cheaper than the very similar Shona Joy Sara Tailored Wide Leg Short. While the Shona Joy shorts are high-waisted and the Big W version is more tailored, they both come in this season's must-have colour with a small coin pocket detail at the front.
'I need them'
Australian fashion blogger Genevieve Er recently shared the Big W bargain find in her budget wrap-up, showing her 12,700 followers how to style the item. It was clear her fans were loving the look after she teamed the shorts with a $12 &me boxy tee along with a black cross-body bag and black flats.

"I need to go to @bigwaustralia ASAP," one fan commented.
"The shorts. Must have," added another, with a third saying, "Loooove! I need those shorts now." Others said they hadn't considered Big W for fashion shopping, especially for high-end dupes. "I never think to go to Big W! You have changed my mind," wrote someone else
$260 pants dupe for just $30
Tina, a second fashion blogger, showcased another dupe from the same Big W range, showing off the $30 &me Women's Utility Culotte - Beige, an almost identical match to the Shona Joy Irena High Waisted Tailored Pant, which retails for almost nine times the price at $260.
Describing the pants as "so comfy" the Queensland-based blogger said she had found the perfect Autumn work wardrobe. "I popped into my local @bigwaustralia and found these summer-to-autumn outfits. It is so versatile and perfect to wear at work," she said.
Her followers loved the relaxed beige pants and matching blazer look. "Ooh such gorgeous pieces, love the blazer," one person wrote. "Definitely loving those pants," added another.
