BIG W, David Jones, Catch.com.au and more reveal Boxing Day sales

Christmas may be over, but it's not your only chance to get your hands on everything you want and need. Hundreds of retailers across Australia, both online and in-store, will be slashing prices by up to 70% for their annual Boxing Day sales. Here's everything you need to know.

When do the Boxing Day sales begin?

As the name suggests, they begin on Monday 26 December, with online retailers launching sales before stores open. Most retailers will extend their sale period from a few days to a few weeks, so we recommend checking for updates.

Can I use vouchers and Afterpay?

The short answer is yes. Most major retailers will accept vouchers and Afterpay, including David Jones, but we recommend checking your e-vouchers with retailers before the sale in case there are any issues.

What sort of deals can we expect?

Judging from last year's sales, you can expect huge discounts of up to 70% or more across home, beauty, tech, fashion and travel.
