Cold air, rain, and heaters all play havoc with your skin in winter, causing it to become dull, dry and depleted.

"The change in seasons can really affect your skin," confirms beauty therapist at AMR Hair & Beauty, Dale Tannous.

"It's important to replenish our skin with highly nourishing and moisturising products to look after it properly during the winter."
