Kelsea Ballerini wore a daring, black cutout Stella McCartney dress on the red carpet to the 2023 Time100 Next Gala in New York City on Tuesday, wearing a black cutout. The country singer’s gown featured a long keyhole cutout across her torso and oversize silver slipknots.
Styled by Molly Dickson, Ballerini attended the event with boyfriend Chase Stokes. The “Outer Banks” actor kept things classic in a brown trenchcoat with a black ensemble underneath.

Ballerini is not only a member of the third annual Time list of 100 rising stars, but also hit the stage at the gala to perform. Switching things up, the songstress channeled Old Hollywood in a plunging Balmain top and matching high-waist pants with gold buttons.
In September, Ballerini was among the many stars to grace the cover of the publication’s Time 100 issue, wearing a sparkling green sequin Alexandre Vauthier dress. “For a girl that loves her words, this has me pretty speechless. What an incredible honor,” the singer wrote an Instagram post regarding the news that same month.
