Aussie mum takes isolation dressing to the next level

As thousands of people across the country search the web for the comfiest looking loungewear they can find for coronavirus isolation, Perth socialite Lissy Graham has been taking her fashion diaries to the next level.

Lissy, who is married to Keystart Home Loans chief executive Paul Graham, has been spending her days setting up photoshoots in her stunning Cottesloe home, donning some of the top designer labels in the world to carry out some of the most mundane tasks.

She told Yahoo Lifestyle she “lives for events and dressing up” and wanted to bring a smile to other mums and women with her collection of snaps, which are mostly taken by her husband.

Lissy, who used to have over 16,000 followers but after several hackings of her Instagram account, she’s now building them back up, said she’s become known for her outfits online after moving to Perth two years ago.

“I lived in Asia for ten years where dressing up is a norn,” she said.

“I was exposed to every luxury brand and I wanted to bring some laughter and light to the mums and women out there that suddenly have a house full of people and very little alone time.”

Lissy said she hopes this has “given them a chuckle and a way to connect through social media.”

The mum said having her children and her husband at home for the past few weeks has been “a blessing and a curse”.

“I have my three beautiful kids all home under one roof but also a CEO husband that’s been working from home for three weeks now and is an only child that loves breakfast lunch dinner, tea and bikkies at 10:30 and beer and nuts at 5,” she said.

“It is nice to be still though very much in the moment and it’s given me a chance to really live and enjoy our home, in particular my dressing room.”

She said at the end of the day, no matter where you live in the world everyone is in the same boat, so “we need to come together”.
