Melania leaves Trump alone on Florida tarmac: 'Totally done'

Despite putting on a united front when they left the White House, things looked a lot different when Melania and Donald Trump landed in Florida just a short time later.

A video posted online shows the duo exiting Air Force One at Palm Beach International Airport, before they walked across the tarmac on their way to Mar-a-Lago Club.

However, while Donald stopped to give his supporters a wave, Melania, dressed in a Gucci dress, simply kept walking, leaving Trump standing alone.

“Melania is totally done. She already quit posing,” the video was captioned.

“She is so done with him,” another person said, while another added: “She’s so over it”.

Earlier in the day, Melania and Trump put on somewhat of a united front when left the White House to board Air Force One.

Dressed in a black skirt and top, with huge Jackie O shades hiding her expression, Melania allowed her husband, Donald Trump, to grab on tightly to her hand, a move one body language expert says tells us a lot about the Trump’s marriage.

“Melania’s elegant and Sphinx-like body language can be one-dimensional but over the four years in the White House she has famously suffered moments of body language leakage when that Lightning Smile has appeared directed at her step-daughter or when she has been seen to swat Trump’s hand away," Judi said,” Judi James told The Mirror.

"Today though, Trump reached for his wife’s gloved hand with a firm grab and there were no arguments from her.

"He did appear to need both her and the hand clasp in a way that he didn't coming into office."

Speaking to Yahoo Lifestyle, body language expert Elly Johnson noted the distinct difference between Melania and Trump’s appearance at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland and Joe and Jill Biden’s inauguration appearance.

“There is a distinct difference between the body language displays of Donald and Melania Trump vs Joe and Jill Biden,” she said.

“The Trumps have always looked as if they have an obligation to touch or kiss at times, rather than it looking like a natural gesture of connection or love. The Biden’s on the other hand have already demonstrated a closeness and a more natural and loving connection style.

“The Biden’s appear genuinely happy and proud of their achievement and not afraid to show the emotions that come with such an important moment in time. Jill is clearly proud of her husband and is showing that through her facial expressions and warm body language.”
