Anti-vax leader pushes bizarre Covid 'antidote': 'Drink urine!'

A US anti-vax leader is reportedly encouraging people to drink their own urine, rather than get a Covid-19 vaccination.

Christopher Key, who founded the "Vaccine Police" — a website that posts anti-vaccination news — was filmed touting his new 'Covid antidote', where it was posted to Telegram.

In the video, which is doing the rounds on social media, he claims 'urine therapy' can be used for vaccinated and unvaccinated people that are Covid positive.

“The antidote that we have seen now, and we have tons and tons of research, is urine therapy," he said in the video.

"OK, and I know to a lot of you this sounds crazy, but guys, God’s given us everything we need."

“This has been around for centuries,” Mr Key says.

“When I tell you this, please take it with a grain of salt.

“Now drink urine! I drink my own urine!”

Arrested last week

The outspoken anti-vaxxer made the video not long after he was released from jail for trespassing in a Whole Foods supermarket in April 2021.

Mr Key was arrested after he refused to wear a mask and the store reported him for trespassing.

In August, Mr Key live-streamed himself marching into the pharmacy section of a Walmart in Missouri, declaring that pharmacists should be hung for administering the vaccine.

According to The Daily Beast, Mr Key set out on a road trip at the end of December, intending to arrest Democratic state governors over their vaccine mandates.

The publication said he also showed off weapons he was taking — including a flamethrower and high capacity firearms — in a series of Telegram posts.
