Coronavirus cases broken down by suburb – how many are in your area?
The coronavirus hotspots in Sydney and Melbourne have been revealed.
New data revealed on Friday from the NSW and Victorian Health Departments breaks down the areas where the most cases of the virus have been found.
With 2,389 cases in NSW and 1085 in Victoria, the states are Australia’s hardest hit by coronavirus.
The country’s death toll reached 28 on Friday while the number of cases confirmed climbed above 5300.

NSW Health on Friday released a tool showing the number of cases in the each postcode.
The highest concentration as of Thursday night was in Bondi where more than 50 positive cases had been diagnosed. Other Sydney suburbs with high numbers of cases included Mosman-Spit Junction in the north, Bellevue Hill in the east and Westmead-Greystanes in the west, which each have at least 30 cases.
Data shows cases drop drastically as the population density decreases in the remote west, north and southern parts of the state.
Popular holiday spot Byron Bay in the state’s north has 13 caronavirus cases.
NSW Health chief officer Dr Kerry Chant said on Friday the number of new cases have been “stabilised at this point in time.”
“What concerns us greatly is the number of cases being acquired without us knowing the source,” she said.
“What we call the community to community transmission. That is something we have to be mindful of and something that our health experts are most worried about here in NSW.”

Coronavirus: Victoria’s hotspots
Stonnington in Melbourne’s inner city has the most number of coronavirus cases in the state with 82.
Neighbouring suburbs, Boroondara and Banyule also inch toward the top of the list with 52 and 53 confirmed patients, respectively.
Further outside the city, Greater Geelong trails with 50 cases and the Mornington Peninsula has 49.
Melbourne’s CBD has 43 cases, with nearby Moreland and Glen Eira registering 41 and 44 ill people.
The majority of remote Victoria areas have recorded at least one case, except for some pockets, including Murrindindi, Golden Plains and Pyrenees.
Victoria's Chief Health Officer Brett Sutton said there has been some flattening of the curve – the rate at which people are becoming infected – but more needs to be done.
"We have gone from doubling our numbers every three or four days to now doubling every seven days, so that's an improvement," he said.
"But we don't want to be doubling every seven days ongoing, we need to keep at it and continue to flatten that curve."
The number of new cases was expected to reduce in line with the drop in international travellers but community transmission is the concern, Prof Sutton said.
